Campus Management is currently upgrading its service delivery capabilities, as a result of this upgrade the Service Request web form is no longer available. If you wish to log a fault or work request, please follow the steps below.
How do I log a Fault / Work Request with Campus Management?Please email your work request to firstname.lastname@example.org, please ensure that you include the following information:
- Your Name
- Staff or Student Number
- Contact Number
- Email address
- Building Name and Number (where the fault is located)
- Room Number (actual physical location of works)
- Fault / Work Details
All work requests are then allocated a priority by the Campus Management Helpdesk Team based on risk.
Once the work request is raised, you will receive a reply email with your reference number.
If your fault/works require URGENT attention such as a burst pipe, power outage, toilet overflowing or lift breakdown, call Campus Management Helpdesk immediately on 6488 2025 (this phone number is NOT monitored 24/7).
