The proposal to subdivide the landholding was approved by the Western Australian Minister for Environment, the Honourable Donna Faragher MLC, under the Environmental Protection Act 1986 (WA) on 14 July 2010 (Ministerial Statement 835).
The Western Australian Planning Commission granted conditional subdivision approval for the Proposal on 15 October 2014.
The University is currently seeking an extension of time on the existing state environmental approval under section 46 of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 (WA).
The University’s plans for the site remain the same as approved in 2010.
Compliance Report
In accordance with Ministerial Statement 835, an annual Compliance Report (for the period of July 2013 to July 2014) has been prepared.
