The University has a number of design standards and guiding documents that provide instructional information that must be referred to and incorporated into contract information.
Design and Construction Standards
All contractors and consultants must follow the UWA design and construction standards when designing and undertaking work on UWA campuses. The standards specify the minimum requirements for the design, construction and maintenance of buildings, facilities, spaces, services and infrastructure works at UWA.
